Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Easy Spinach and Artichoke dip.

  • 6 oz Parmesan cheese grated
  • 6 oz ramano cheese grated
  • 13 oz Sour Cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz mayo
  • 2 lb frozen spinach chopped
  • 64 oz artichoke hearts julieanned
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 oz salt and pepper


  • Thaw spinach
  • Julianne Artichoke hearts
  • Mince and Saute garlic
  • Assemble all ingredients in a mixing bowl and fold together.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 375* until bubbly. Roughly 20 minutes.
  • When mixture is bubbly, broil until the top is lightly browned. Roughly 5 minutes.
  • Serve Hot with chips or toasts.

*Original Recipe used only Parmesan. The combination works well to not overpower this adaption.
*Other hard cheese may also be substituted.
