Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Easy Spinach and Artichoke dip.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Parmesan cheese grated
- 6 oz ramano cheese grated
- 13 oz Sour Cream
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz mayo
- 2 lb frozen spinach chopped
- 64 oz artichoke hearts julieanned
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 oz salt and pepper
Instructions
- Thaw spinach
- Julianne Artichoke hearts
- Mince and Saute garlic
- Assemble all ingredients in a mixing bowl and fold together.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 375* until bubbly. Roughly 20 minutes.
- When mixture is bubbly, broil until the top is lightly browned. Roughly 5 minutes.
- Serve Hot with chips or toasts.

*Adapted from full recipe at 1/12 original proportion.
*Original Recipe used only Parmesan. The combination works well to not overpower this adaption.
*Other hard cheese may also be substituted.
