Teriyaki sauce
Japanese teriyaki sauce I make
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 4 Tbsp sake
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger grated
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan over high heat to just bellow a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
Notes
to thicken add some cornstarch disolved in water
