Japanese teriyaki sauce I make

Ingredients

soy sauce

cup
mirin
1/4
cup
Sugar

Tbsp
sake

cloves
garlic
minced

Tbsp
Ginger
grated
1/4
cup
honey
1
tsp
sesame oil
1
Tbsp
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan over high heat to just bellow a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
Notes
to thicken add some cornstarch disolved in water
