Mom's 5-Hour Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Beef Chunks Stew Meat
- 2 cups Carrots Coarsely Chopped
- 2 cups Celery Coarsely Chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes Coarsely Chopped
- 12 oz. Tomatoes Canned
- 3 Tbsp Tapioca Powdered
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Granulated
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in casserole or slow cooker.
- Bake, covered, at 250* for 5 hours- or until ingredients reach desired doneness.
